The number of participants has increased from 37 in 2003 to 228 in 2008. The number of visitors has increased from 2000 to 5200 people. The forecast for 2009 is 8000 people.  The Golden Brand is a national prize awarded annually at the BUYBRAND exhibition.  It is intended to support the development of the Russian economy by choosing the most effective companies in brand management.  The purpose of the award is to attract attention to such companies, to increase their professional prestige and credibility, and also to make their experience available for sharing with other enterprises in the country.  The winners are chosen based on a special audit and market research to determine the real economic effect of the brand’s “work” and its contribution to creating cash flow for the enterprise’s brand-owner.

I would like to confirm that BUYBRAND 2008 was successful in meeting many new potential franchisees. What was very pleasing is the distance people are willing to travel across Russia and externally from Russia to visit show, this proves you have carried out a successful marketing campaign. The building venue was very well organised and showed our brand off in a very good manor again all staff were very helpful and courteous during setup and during show.
